民事電子提交
Alameda縣高等法院自豪地宣布推出新的民事案件管理系統eCourt，包括民事電子提交和新的公共門戶。在此處查閱有關新功能的更多資訊。

根據《地方規定》第3.27條，民事部門正在為律師實施強制性電子提交（電子歸檔），並為自行辯護的訴訟人提供電子提交選項。律師可以選擇從下方所示日期開始電子提交。
民事電子提交實施時間安排如下：

Select an approved Electronic Filing Service Provider (EFSP.)
See the certified EFSPs.

File your documents.
Copies are available through your EFSP account or through the eCourt Public Portal.
