Mandatory Face Covering Requirements:

 Effective Monday, July 19, 2021, all persons entering any court facility will be required to properly wear a face covering over their nose and mouth, regardless of their vaccination status.

Important Information:

Beginning June 15, 2021, all courthouses are open to the public and most in-person services are restored.

  • Civil e-filing

    The Superior Court of Alameda County proudly announces the launch of a new civil case management system eCourt, including civil e-filing and a new public portal.

  • Clerk’s Office Online Appointment Services

    The Superior Court of Alameda County allows members of the public to schedule an appointment to visit the clerk’s office at the Hayward Hall of Justice or René C. Davidson Courthouse locations. Appointments may be booked for services pertaining to Civil or Family Law. Upon booking the appointment, you will be able to opt in to receive a text or email reminder and be able to check-in using your mobile device upon arrival to the clerk’s office. 

  • Court Reporter Transcripts

    Verbatim records of public court proceedings (transcripts) may be purchased directly from the court reporter who reported the hearing. 

  • Criminal Case Portal

    Alameda Superior Court Online Record Search Portal: Public access to the Odyssey Portal does not require registration.

  • Criminal & Juvenile e-filing

    Electronic filing for Criminal and Juvenile cases. 

  • Criminal Record Requests

    The public may view non-confidential criminal case documents in person, or may submit a request for copies online. 

  • DomainWeb (Family Law and Probate)

    The Superior Court of California, County of Alameda, provides the public with online access to civil case records (documents and information) through DomainWeb. 

  • eCourt Public Portal (Civil)

    eCourt Public Portal provides the public with online access to civil case records through a secure web server. Currently, the portal provides information about General Civil and Small Claims cases. To use any function on this site you must register for a user account.

  • Jury Duty

    The right to a trial by jury is the privilege of every person in the United States, whether or not that person is a citizen. This cherished right is guaranteed by both the U.S. and California Constitutions. Jury trials cannot be held unless people - citizens of the state in which the trial is held - are willing to perform their civic duty. Jurors are essential to the administration of justice.

    This site provides access up to 5 days of General Civil, Criminal, Traffic, Family Law, and Probate calendars. 

  • Look Up or Pay Your Traffic Ticket

    Look up or pay your Traffic Ticket on Alameda County's payment portal.

  • Search by Name

    Search your case by name, case number on Alameda County's Domain website.
