  • Clerk’s Office Online Appointment Services

    The Superior Court of Alameda County allows members of the public to schedule an appointment to visit the clerk’s office at the Hayward Hall of Justice location. Appointments may be booked for services pertaining to Civil or Family Law. Upon booking the appointment, you will be able to opt in to receive a text or email reminder and be able to check-in using your mobile device upon arrival to the clerk’s office. 

    Online appointment services is currently not available in the René C. Davidson Courthouse because the Civil clerk’s office is being remodeled.  

  • Court Reporter Transcripts

    Verbatim records of public court proceedings (transcripts) may be purchased directly from the court reporter who reported the hearing. 

  • Criminal Case Portal

  • Criminal Record Requests

    The public may view non-confidential criminal case documents in person, or may submit a request for copies online. 

  • eCourt Public Portal

    eCourt Public Portal provides the public with online access to Civil, Family Law, and Probate case records through a secure web server. To use any function on this site you must register for a user account.
