E-Delivery

The Court offers online services for two different electronic methods for document filing: Fax Filing and E-Delivery of civil Case Management Statements. Parties may file civil Case Management Conference Statements free of charge via E-Delivery.

As a result of the COVID-19 Court closure, Fax Filing is now available for limited enumerated filings during the public closure period. Any other fax filings submitted from March 17, 2020 to the end of the closure, will not be processed. See Emergency Local Rule 1.8a for more details.

For information about the Court's response to the COVID-19 virus, please visit our COVID-19 Information Page.

Effective April 15, 2014, the submission of civil Case Management Statements may be submitted directly to the designated fax number. The previously designated email will no longer be in service.

E-Delivery Fax Number N/A

The Judicial Council Facsimile Transmission Cover Sheet (MC-005) is not required when submitted to the E-Delivery fax number. For more information please visit our DomainWeb page.
