INCREASE IN CIVIL FILING FEES (Effective October 15, 2002)
SUPERIOR COURT OF CALIFORNIA, COUNTY OF ALAMEDA

The Superior Court of California, County of Alameda announces statutory increases in certain civil fees resulting from the recent enactment of Assembly Bill 3000 (Ch. 1124, Statutes of 2002).

Civil Fee Increase: Assembly Bill 3000 adds a ten percent surcharge on certain fees connected with Civil, Family Law, Probate, and Small Claims proceedings.

The increase in filing fees takes effect on October 15, 2002.

A listing of the increased filing fees is included for your reference and convenience.
