  • October 2, 2020 - The Court has issued a Press Release announcing that, despite being generally closed to the public except for limited public records searches, the Rene C. Davidson Courthouse (RCD), located at 1225 Fallon Street in Oakland, will be open for in-person voting beginning Monday, October 5, 2020.
  • August 14, 2020 - The Court has issued a Press Release announcing the extension of unlawful detainer stay and adopts emergency Local Rule amendments.
