ADA Accommodations

ADA Information

If you need an accommodation due to a disability, such as an assistive listening system, a computer-aided transcription system (real-time captioning), or a sign-language interpreter, email ADA_Request@alameda.courts.ca.gov or leave a voice message at 510-891-6211. The Court encourages using the California Judicial Council's Disability Accommodation Request (MC-410) form to submit accommodation requests.

Requests for accommodations should be made as far in advance as possible, and in any event no fewer than five court days before the requested implementation date. The Court may, in its discretion, waive this requirement.
