Family Law Courts hear cases involving dissolution of marriage, nullity, legal separation and paternity, including related issues of spousal support, child support and custody and community property at the following Superior Court locations. Some examples of hearings heard in theses departments are Motions; Order to show cause (domestic violence and other petitions); settlement conferences; trials; District Attorney support enforcement calendar.
