   Case Types	This Courthouse is assigned infractions of the Vehicle Code, City Ordinances, Fish and Game Code, BART and East Bay Regional Police Department (EBRPD) Codes that occurred in the cities of Emeryville, Oakland and Piedmont, Berkeley, and Albany.
   Add-On Calendar Information	Registration for Walk in Court begins at 7:45 a.m., Monday-Friday. Registration is on a first come, first served basis, with the first 130 customers calendared for 9:30 a.m. and 65 customers calendared for 2:00 p.m. Registration ends at 10:00 a.m., or when the calendar limits have been reached. There is no afternoon calendar on Wednesdays. Registration for 14601.1a violations are on a pre-set basis only. Registration begins at 7:45 a.m., and calendars are heard every day at 1:30 p.m.
   Night Court	Night Court is held every Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. First time arraignments only are heard on this calendar. A Spanish interpreter is available on the second Wednesday night of each month.

   Add-On Calendar Information	Walk in court is Monday ?Friday, except holidays. The doors to the building open at 7:25 a.m. You must be at the Traffic Window, Room 104, by 7:45 a.m. The first 50 persons are accepted.
   Night Court	Night court is every Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. except holidays. Night court must be scheduled with the Clerk’s Office one to two weeks in advance.

   Add-On Calendar Information	Walk In Court is held on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. The first 75 customers are registered and calendared for 9:00 a.m. A Pre-set calendar is offered on Wednesday and Friday.
   Night Court	Arraignments only on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month. Schedule may change in November and December. Juvenile arraignments only, set on the 2nd Wednesday of the month.
