The Superior Court of Alameda County has an interactive program, “www.ezlegalfile.org/index.jsp” , that helps you fill out the Family Law forms to start your Family Law case.

All you have to do to fill out your forms is:

• Answer some questions,
• Print out your forms, and
• File them at the court.

Rules

Rules are procedures the Court requires parties to follow when they start a Court case. Counties may have local rules in addition to the state rules.
