Criminal Court Self Help - Payment of Restitution

The Judge will determine your restitution amount and either order you to pay it in full by a specific date or will grant you monthly payments.

Installment Payments to Central Collections

If you are granted installment payments, you will have until the expiration of your probation to complete payment. Your minimum monthly payment will be determined based on the restitution amount. All restitution accounts are assessed an additional 10% or $226.00 (whichever is less) administrative fee. On each payment, be sure to print your name, Social Security Number, and “Restitution” in the lower left hand corner of your check or money order DO NOT MAIL CASH.
