Criminal Court Self Help - Fee Schedule
The clerk must charge fees for the cost of providing copies and doing record searches to help pay for the court's cost of doing business per Government Code section 680. The fee schedule is itemized below.

| FIRST PAPER fee in a criminal action on a Motion To Set Aside Bail Forfeiture / Motion To Set Aside Summary Judgment if the amount of the bail bond is more than $25K | $283.20 + $25.00 one-time court reporter fee + Motion Fee |
| FIRST PAPER fee in a criminal action on a Motion To Set Aside Bail Forfeiture / Motion To Set Aside Summary Judgment if the amount of the bail bond is more than $10K up to $25K | $289.50 + $25.00 one-time court reporter fee + Motion Fee |
