The Hall of Justice is located on the corner of Paseo Padre Parkway and Walnut Avenue. The office hours of the Traffic and Criminal Office are 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Civil/Small Claims and Family Law Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The building opens at 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday. The court is closed on all legal holidays.
FROM AREAS NORTH OF FREMONT
The Fremont Hall of Justice is located at 39439 Paseo Padre Parkway in Fremont.
If you are traveling from north of Fremont take Interstate 880, the Nimitz
Freeway, south to the Mowry Avenue exit. Proceed east on Mowry Avenue for
approximately two miles until you come to Paseo Padre Parkway. Turn right on
Paseo Padre Parkway. Continue on Paseo Padre Parkway to the third traffic
signal light. That is the corner of Paseo Padre Parkway and Walnut Avenue. The
Hall of Justice is the first building on the right as you cross Walnut Avenue.
FROM AREAS SOUTH OF FREMONT
The Fremont Hall of Justice is located at 39439 Paseo Padre Parkway in Fremont.
If you are traveling from south of Fremont take Interstate 880, the Nimitz
Freeway, north to the Mowry Avenue exit. Proceed east on Mowry Avenue for
approximately two miles until you come to Paseo Padre Parkway. Turn right on
Paseo Padre Parkway. Continue on Paseo Padre Parkway to the third traffic

FROM AREAS EAST OF FREMONT
The Fremont Hall of Justice is located at 39439 Paseo Padre Parkway in Fremont.
If you are traveling from east of Fremont take Interstate 680 southbound to the
Mission Boulevard, State Highway 238 exit. Turn right on Mission Boulevard.
Proceed to Mission Boulevard approximately 2 ½ miles until you come to
Walnut Avenue. Turn left on Walnut Avenue. Stay on Walnut Avenue until you come
to Paseo Padre Parkway. Turn left on Paseo Padre Parkway. The Hall of Justice
is on the right hand side of Paseo Padre Parkway at the corner of Walnut
Avenue.
FROM BAY AREA RAPID TRANSIT (BART)
The Fremont Hall of Justice is located at 39439 Paseo Padre Parkway in Fremont.
If you are traveling on the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) train, exit at the
Fremont Station. Upon leaving the station you may take A.C. Transit Line 24 to
the Hall of Justice. You may also walk from the station. Exit the front of the
station, Through the parking lot to Civic Center Drive. Proceed to the left
until you come to Walnut Avenue and go right one block. You are now at Paseo
Padre Parkway. Turn left on to Paseo Padre Parkway. You will see the courthouse
on the right side, first building.
