Viewing Files
Files may be viewed on the premises only. Files may not be taken from the designated area at any time.
Record Searches
Superior Court records are searched for the years indicated in your request. Cost of searches longer than 10 minutes are $15.00. We have no telephone research department.
Individuals may research their own information in person at no cost. Public access terminals and indexes are available for public use in the Records lobby at each courthouse listed above.
Copies
Copies are 50 cents per page. If a document is to be certified, an additional $15.00 is needed per document.
Certified copies of the final judgment of a dissolution record is $11.00.
Authentications (exemplifications) will be issued for $20.00 (in addition to copying and comparing fees).
