You may obtain the following forms in the following ways:
  1. Visiting the Judicial Council's WEB site at http://www.courtinfo.ca.gov/cgi-bin/forms.cgi#forms
  2. Sending a pre-stamped, self-addressed business size envelope to the Court.
  3. You may also obtain these and other forms by visiting the clerk's office Monday thru Friday between 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
    • Unlawful Detainer Complaint Form - Complaint form necessary to file an Unlawful Detainer Action.
    • Unlawful Detainer Summons Form - Summons form necessary to file an Unlawful Detainer Action.
    • Unlawful Detainer Answer Form - Answer form necessary to respond to an Unlawful Detainer filing.
    • Application for Waiver of Court Fees and Costs - Application form to file papers without paying a fee.

This court has jurisdiction for Livermore, Pleasanton, Dublin, Sunol and unincorporated areas of eastern Alameda County.

Civil Order of Examinations are heard on various days at various times depending on the courtroom where the matter will be heard. Please contact the court for specific information.

Unlawful Detainer motions and trials, except Stays, are heard on Tues at 2pm in Dept 707. Written requests for stays must be filed by 12:00 noon, two days prior to your scheduled eviction date at the civil windows.

We are basically a no continuance court. Continuances are only granted upon affirmative showing of good cause. No clerical continuances shall be allowed. All motions to continue shall be in writing and supported by affidavits or declarations detailing specific factors showing necessity. A stipulation by all parties to a continuance does not constitute good cause.
