Upon the filing of civil documents, a receipt containing the case number, breakdown of fees (including $1.00 per page fax surcharge) and the amount charged to your credit card, will be faxed back to the sender with a FAX coversheet attachment. The FAX coversheet will list the court's website where copies can be accessed. Initially, the summons will be returned via U.S. mail.
- Pursuant to California Rule of Court, Rule 201.9, Plaintiff is required to serve a copy of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Information Package (213Kb)* on each defendant, which can also be obtained on the court's website.
